I have been using this brand for a year now. I am a Physical Therapsit, marathon runner, cyclist, and other outdoor enthusiast. This is hands down the best tape I have found, especially for the price (my second favorite is rock tape, but it is very pricy). FYI- this is very sticky. If you have sensitive skin, you may not like this because it can sting taking it off and it often leaves a residue you have to scrub off. However, I will gladly endure that because this stays on much longer and doesn’t fray as bad as other tape. Overall, it works much better than KT tape and other brands. I also swim and the tape works well in the pool, however it does not survive the hot tub for any length of time. Of course proper skin prep (make sure the area is clean, wiping with Alcohol works well, DRY, and shaved) is an absolute must. Don’t apply over skin if they have applied oil or lotion. I can’t stress enough that you are wasting your time and money if you don’t properly prep the skin. I constantly have kids at my sons’ school who are in the athletic department who want me to tape them after they have started a work out, and tape simply doesn’t stick if they are already sweaty, have dusty legs, or have very hairy legs (plus did I mention how this stings taking it off shaved legs… this will downright hurt if you put it on over hairy legs and it happens to stick….which is kind of comical watching grown men who insisted I tape them pull off the tape. This is a 2 pack and are precut strips. If you haven’t used therapy tape before you need to watch on-line videos over how to properly apply. You should watch several videos, because some have inaccurate information. Good luck! Get outside and move!

This has amazing adhesion. I was taping my elbow and all the other tapes would curl overnight. This one has been able to stick for a few nights. Also, not super painful to remove either. Unless you’re really hairy where you are taping, it doesn’t feel like you’re giving yourself a wax. Don’t know if the copper does anything but it’s pretty. However it does rub off after a few days. And it’s pre-cut. Wish they had a continuous version.

This is the 2nd set I've bought. They are good quality, adhere well, very functional, and it helps with pain. We use them for softball.

Cons: - Hard to get the tape off the wax paper. If you’re in a rush, allot extra time to struggle for a bit to get your tape off. - Tape isn’t as sticky as my other brand. It starts to peel up at the end of it, since it wraps around my foot and gets rubbed often by my shoe. Pros: - Easy to get off the skin

Good tape. Helps with my shoulder pain when I’m playing pickleball. Easy to apply but sticks really well, making it difficult to remove. Otherwise great product.

I purchased this tape to try a different brand and it works great, I used it to protect my elbow and shoulders. No problem removing the tape.

This tape is very affordable and has a very strong adhesive. I removed the tape after 2 - 3 days of heavy use. It peeled up some of my skin and left a lot of residue. Huge downside is the elastic is too loose, it barely provided support for my knee. The solution i have is too use only half the length of the strip and stretch it to high tension. this seems to work a bit better. The elastic seems to last for 2-3 days. At this time, for my needs, KT Tape pro provides better support. Comparison Care Science Copper Infused, Overly strong adhesive, elastic is too loose, elastic lasts at least 2 to 3 days. KT Tape Pro, Average Adhesive leaves no residue and doesn't peel up skin, Elastic is stronger, Elastic lasts at least 2 to 3 days with obvious loosening on day 2 to 3. If you want less support for a longer period of time go with Care Science, if you want stronger support for 2-3 days go with KT Tape Pro

I’m not saying this Care Science Copper Infused Kinesiology Tape turned me into an Olympic athlete overnight, but after slapping a few precut strips on my creaky knee, I went from hobbling around like a zombie to chasing my dog through the yard like I was auditioning for the Avengers. The waterproof magic held up through sweat, showers, and even an accidental splash in the kiddie pool (don’t ask). The best part? It’s copper infused! I’m pretty sure that means it’s secretly charging me up like a human battery. I haven’t gotten sick once since I started using it, and my knee pain vanished faster than loose change in a laundry machine. Coincidence? Or ancient copper wisdom at work? I’m going with the latter. Precut strips are a game-changer—no more wrestling with scissors like a frustrated craft project. Just peel, stick, and go dominate your day. Highly recommend if you want to feel supported, fancy, and slightly metallic. Five stars—worth every penny (literally)!
