Heats up fast
I tried this one 6 or 7 times in my restaurant kitchen to boil water and cook some stew. It definitely heats up fast which is a big PLUS as I need to cook a large amount of food everyday. I guess my only suggestion is that everyone should only use stainless steel pot with it but other than that, this cooktop works perfectly.
