I bought these hangers in hopes of getting rid of those annoying little shoulder divots on shirts that happen with the plastic hangers, as well as keeping shirts on the hangers and not sliding off.First things first, I received 49, not 50. I think it was just a packing error (comes in four bags 2 with 10, and 2 with 15 = 50) but one of the bags only had 14 in it. Not a huge deal for the cost but still worth mentioning. Overall they are very lightweight hangers but they are also very thin. They are not as sturdy as regular plastic hangers, they bend easier, so super heavy garments most likely won't work on these. The material does keep the shirt on the hanger, but it's a double edge sword to make sure you don't just tug the shirt to get it off the hanger when you need it. You need to actually take the hanger off the rack and take the garment off otherwise its going to stretch out your clothes.They will work for what I need and it's not worth fighting to return over one hanger. I'm sure I will get enough use out of them to make the cost worth it. I would recommend these, but with caution.

I am really sorry for the people who sell this but I have to be honest! I bought 3 packages of 50 hangers and I am very disappointed. I expected better. This is not what is advertised. First of all they don’t turn as they say. They are glued! They are not sturdy, as the say. They are pretty and look nice that is all. But I know i can find better quality at Ross or HomeGoods for same price. I will replace them very soon! DONT BUY THEM. GO TO THE STORES.

I have, for years, purchased the Joy Mangano hangers. She actually was the first to make this type of hanger and the others are all cheap knock-offs. I was needing more of the Mangano hangers when I saw these on Amazon and decided to try them - yuk! Not any where close to the quality and sturdiness of the Mangano hangers. Returning and purchasing the real deal.

I love them! They are so cute but 2 came broke & 1 broke with nothing on it.. I feel like I’m going to have to order more hangersUpdate: a few more broke while I was hanging clothes.. 😞

Love these hangers. I recently ordered my 4th set of 50 (different brands). I am converting my closet from the thicker plastic hangers to these thinner velvet ones. They take up so much less space.True enough that they’re not quite as sturdy as some other hangers but they do pretty good, especially for tops & dresses. I think I’ve only broken one, maybe two out of the 200. With them covered in velvet, I don’t have the problem now of finding tops on the floor that have slipped from the hanger. And neither have I noticed the velvet rubbing off on my clothes like some reviews have said.I also like that the hooks are swivel. I’m bad about hanging tops then realizing I put them on backwards so now I can just turn the hook instead of rehanging it. My closet is looking a lot better! Now I just need to switch out the pants/skirts clip type store freebie hangers to thinner of the same type offered here on Amazon.Overall I feel these hangers are a great value! The only negative I can come up with is they could stand to be a little sturdier but I’ll take the risk of breaking a few for the benefit they bring.If my review has helped you at all to make your decision, please hit the thumbs up. I wanted to replace my plastic hangers for velvet ones. I found these on amazon and decided to give them a shot. I originally bought the 50 count then placed an order the next day for the 100 count. These are great hangers. They stand up to all of my winter fur coats. I haven’t noticed any flocking falling off and none of them have broken on me. I love the way these black hangers with rose gold hooks make my walk in closet look. I highly recommend these hangers.

I LOVE THESE HANGERS. I started using them in my house many years ago but also realized they are the MOST PERFECT HANGERS for anyone with a 5th wheel, RV, travel trailer, etc. They keep the clothes from falling while traveling. Great buy. And this company offers the best buy for the money!

I wanted to love these hangers. They're cute.Unfortunately, these are the flimsiest hangers I've ever seen. The plastic is extremely thin. It's funny that *sturdiness* is one of the attributes suggested 8n the review form, because these are anything BUT sturdy. The 11 pound suggested weight limit is a joke. If I put a pair of jeans on one of these hangers, it WILL break. I broke a few hangers before I learned they can only handle light tops.
