As with all the instructional sets made by Stephan Kesting (Grapplearts) this one was very well organized, clearly taught, and full of a mix of both fundamental and new techniques. Great set!

Awesome set. Plug and play system for De La Riva and Butterfly guard. Great guard passing system too. Mullins is a talented teacher. Stephen is great at asking all the questions from a lower belt lever perspective (like me). This set and his first one are probably my 2 favorites. I’ve hit a ton of the techniques on guys that outweigh me by at least 50 pounds.

I have Brandon Mullins' previous DVD instruction and I loved it. This second one is even better. Wow! Super effective techniques taught in an organized logical flow. Mullins is an exceptional instructor. One of the best I've ever seen.
