Does this come with all the connecting wires, power cord, speed adjustment dial, thermostat, etc?

The unit came ready to be rewired into my existing gas fireplace, so just the wires to connect to power; no speed adjustment dial, thermostat, etc.

heatilator model ndv36301 is not on your compatible list of models, but will it fit?

Ours wasnt on the list either but we took the chance and it does fit. I’m not sure about your setup but our old blower just screwed right to the back wall, it didn’t have a special place. So just as long as the 2 wires plug in it should work. But again not sure how yours is set up

Will this work for a Vogelzang TR009 performer?

I'm not familiar with that. However, if you check the measurements of the space and the new unit, you can readily see if it will fit. Make sure it has the same electrical connectors as the unit you're replacing and give it a try. If not, you can return it, right?
