These bundles of wheat are absolutely beautiful. I did use hairspray to try and keep them from shedding as they did tend to lose bits fairly easily, after the hairspray was applied the amount of "shedding" went down significantly. They smelled like you would expect wheat to smell like, it was such a pleasant smell and made me think of laying down in a field, looking at clouds floating by on the breeze in a blue sky. It was such a... warm smell. A smell of comfort. The individual wheat stems weren't fluffy alone, in themselves, but if you put them together in bundles it was such a beautifully full look. Very pleasing to the eye. The amount of how many you get in the package is a decent amount I think. I did end up buying their biggest package (500 pack if I'm not mistaken) and that was the perfect amount for what we had use of it for. The value for money, no matter how you slice it (biggest or smaller packs) is a great deal. I love how we were able to use the wheat for decor at a Baby shower and then I was able to bring it home and incorporate it into my own decor at home!

These are actual dried wheat stalks, so be prepared for them to shed when you take them out of the packaging and arrange them. This isn't a faux product. I love that, personally. There are SO MANY. I can see someone purchasing these for a wedding or other gathering in the fall. Pictured is one of the 3 bunches included in the set. Given that these are dried wheat stalks, I am not sure how well these will store for next autumn. I will try to update again in 1 year.

The stems were very brittle and overdried

When I contacted the seller, the seller promptly refunded me 50% of the purchase price. The seller was helpful.

I purchased two bundles. The first was moldy - it became expensive garbage as I did not buy on sale. The second was not moldy, however the photos are mis-leading. The wheat is small and immature (I know, I have a degree in Agriculture); therefore, the heads are much darker (unripened) than pictured. Also because they’re immature - a bundle of 100 is NOTHING like the photos in the description. Shipping took over 2 weeks - was not remotely worth the wait.
