These are good for sandals where the heel and top is black but the sole is flesh coloured and you don't want any of the flesh colour to show.The only problem is how narrow they are on the instep and heel section.They don't quite cover all of the sole.They do help stop the flp-flop sound made by the feet as you walk, though.They aren't too sticky which enables you to insert them exactly where you want them and then the weight of the foot keeps them in place.You may want to glue them down once you have positioned them.Overall - they do the job, I just wish they'd been wider at the heel.
