Q: I tried to take off the back of the door bell to attach it to the wall as stated but there was no tool for this and a small screw driver didn’t work.

Can be fixed with double-sided tape, or purchase a suitable tool.

Q: Does this bell have it's a small world as a ringtone?

Thankfully not... 😂 It just has generic tones.. some a but funkier than others.

Q: How do you change the sound? The instructions make no sense.

Click the button once to change the sound. You can choose an sound that is long (30 seconds) or short (10 seconds).
