TV Ears 11941 5.0 Dual Digital Headphone System with Speaker

Awful. Never got this simple, easy to use, great for all tvs hearing device working for me elderly mom.Customer support? No response to emails. So im stuck with a new, expensive, black box.If i could give it a negative star I would.I also had help from Best Buys staff, bought adapters and got assistance from a yoing person (no sterotype here)

This is a Great solution! I purchased the headset and remote speaker. Before TV ears, my husband had to have the TV at "Full Theater volumn." His chair had to be close to the TV and That made it difficult to arrange the furniture or to carry on a conversation. "TV Ears". Arrived and it solved many problems. The remote wireless speaker sits on my husbands end table & he controls his comfortable volumn. The TV is not affected by the individual remote speaker volume. The headsets make it possible to listen to a late night show without anyone else hearing it. This product would be wonderful for couples working different shifts . With the headsets, the TV can be on mute and the sound can come thru the headset. My husband really enjoys watching & listening to the TV without being embarrassed by having the TV so loud.

I have had to replace the ear pieces twice since I bought this set they are made very cheap and snap off at the bottom easily even with handling them very carefully. The replacement cost me $100.00 a piece.

This not the excellent 95kHz system , made in the USA. This system is made in China, and is the same as listening through regular headphones.

Wonderful! Purchased TV Ears for 93 year old, hard-of-hearing, mother. She was turning speakers on TV as loud as possible PLUS using captions. This created the issue of possibly deafening her 7 year old dog as well as causing eye strain as she tried to read and watch her show at the same time, and she still couldn't understand everything being said. She is absolutely thrilled with her TV Ears. She sometimes uses the headset, but more often just the receiver next to her chair. She doesn't even have to use top volume so the dog can stay in the room now. An additional benefit is less eye strain since she can turn off captions and now hears all the dialog.The product was very easy to set up and required no additional equipment.

My wife watches her programs in the bed room and I watch mine in the next room. This product has solved our audio problems. She keeps the speaker near her and it drowns out any noise coming through the wall.The unit was easy to install and within in minutes I had a happy wife. The instructions were well written and easily understandable.I would recommend this unit to anyone who has an external noise problem while trying to watch TV.

I bought this for my mother. I am one of her care givers, and I cannot sleep at night, when she has the sound BLASTING in the next room. So, for my piece of mind, I really did need to buy this for her. She watches late night TV, and I can get some rest.
