This detox supplement is amazing! It helped with bloating, kept me regular, and gave me more energy. So much easier than detox teas, highly recommend! Also would start off with 1 to see how you tolerate them because they are VERY strong! Great product.

My doctor recommended a cleanse prior to starting my newly prescribed supplements. Instead of paying $100 for the fancy doctor recommended cleanse(what does he know anyway) I came to amazon and it did not disappoint. The direction read something like “start with one at bedtime to test your threshold”. What the directions should say is “don’t plan on leaving your house for the next 19 hours. Day one after taking one capsule at bedtime: not bad, some extra bathroom trips but everything came out effortlessly. After that easy day I figure what the heck, let’s take two capsules. I’m a 225lb muscular man, It always takes the upper range of dosages for meds to work for me. Day two: 9 hours after taking two capsules. I’m awaken with a putrid flavor being forced into my mouth and nose from my CPAP mask. This odoriferous sensation can only be described by imagining a sewage treatment plant on a 130 degree day with 100% humidity, and you’re mouth breathing… I get out of bed to bleach the taste from my mouth when the first bout hits me. Luckily the sink is close to the porcelain throne that will be my home for what seems like the next hour. Thank heaven's my wife is at work and I have no one to hear my shrieks of displeasure with the exception of my beagle, who has relocated himself to the other side of the house, as far away as he can get from me. Apparently scent hounds aren’t attracted to all scents. All discomfort subsides and I head to the kitchen for my coffee and my morning workout. I’m very cautious after my coffee(coffee gets me going) as to avoid any unwanted accidents. All is well for the next hour and a half. 35 minutes of cardio done with zero issues so it’s on to the weights. This is where my day took a turn for the worse. While in the middle of a bench press, the two capsules I’d taken the night before decided it was time to really spice things up. As I said before I’m a muscular man, apparently I need to start working on kegel maneuvers because it took everything I had in me to make it upstairs to the closest bathroom(my wife’s bathroom). As I reached for the light switch I realized I was losing the battle and I’d have to leave things dark. Things were happening with my body that were beyond my control. I slammed the door shut as a mercy offering to the poor scent hound that was yet again whimpering three rooms away. As I stripped my shorts off I didn’t bother to look at the toilet seat, after all It’s a woman’s bathroom there’s no reason for the seat to be up, or so I thought. As I was completely losing the battle and things were exiting my rear end, I began to assuming a seated position and traveled past the point of no return. I glanced below me at the throne, keep In mind there’s only a nightlight in this room, I’m sweating like I just ran a marathon, I have no control of my functions and there it was, the toilet seat that I had left in the up position just 45 minutes earlier (which my wife yells at me about). Needless to say I spent the next 20 minutes decontaminating myself in the shower. This is the textbook definition of “consequences of one’s own actions”

This is a great product. I purchased these a week ago due to my usual Fav Colon Cleanse was Out of Stock. I just used it for the very 1st time yesterday during the day just to test it out. I am still working from home, so it is convenient for me to try during to day, but I usually take my Colon Cleanses before bedtime & by morn breakfast & even a little after....I am good. So, I took 2 capsules @ 10am...looked @ my clock -- @ approx 2:10pm is when it Hit me & I went to the bathroom. Had about 7 powerful clean-dumps thru-out the rest of the day going into the night & was Great the next morn. The problem (for me)...is that this that it gave me Serious Stomach Gripes each time before I went & even when I was in bed @ night...that Gripe was a Beast & had to go. So, my bottom line is....it works Quickly & Great...but the Gripe is pretty Serious compared to my Fav Colon Cleanse I usually take -- that works Fantastic & with so much less GRIPE. Try it....it may be perfect for you. That is so far my experience. I may try only 1 capsule @ bedtime instead of 2 which is my usual intake with my usual Fav Colon Cleanse...but I still like this product. Thank you...Atlanta, Georgia USA

I tried the Research Labs Colon Cleanse to help with bloating and digestion, and it worked better than I expected. Within the first few days, I noticed less bloating and a flatter feeling in my stomach without any harsh side effects. The probiotics really seem to help keep everything balanced instead of causing discomfort. I also felt a nice boost in energy, especially in the mornings, which made a big difference in how I felt day to day. I have never been in so much gut wrenching pain. I couldn’t function, couldn’t work, couldn’t even walk. Couldn’t leave the porcelain goddess for hours. The first time I took it it hit me in the middle of my work shift. I was sweating bullets. I was keeled over with stomach cramps. I couldn’t get to the ladies room fast enough by the time I was done you wouldn’t wanna call that a lady‘s room anymore. A Tsunami of waste had left my body in the most unladylike fashion! You would have thought that was all I needed to learn my lesson, but no! I thought it was cleansing so well that all these blockages were being forced out with the most excruciating pain ever so I decided in my infinite wisdom to take them before bed that way I could just sleep through the discomfort. Only in my wildest dreams could I have ever slept through that. I was up all night enduring every bit of what I described above, had to sleep in the cold tile bathroom floor to receive any fathom of relief.
