Traxxas 2926X Power Cell, 3000mAh, 8.4V NiMH Battery (hump pack)

I have been buying these Traxxas 3000mAh NIMH 7-C Hump 8.4V Battery for an old Traxxas truck I have. I use the truck to play with in the evenings fairly regularly for a month or two, then get busy for a month or two and don't use it. Since 2016 I have bought 2 batteries every two years, an extra so I can play as long as I like. Sometime I use two in and evening, sometimes one. I make sure I alternate either way. I have never gone to lipos because I don't want to work on the truck all the time, and its fast enough for me. I have tried the higher amp NIMIs and they haven't lasted nearly as long, If I buy one of these 3000mAH batteries and one of the higher amps at the same time the high amp bat is good for 5 or 6 months of play, then they don't perform at as high a level or as long of intervals. The performance drops pretty rapidly from there, and the 3000 goes on for another year and a half or so. I have tried charging both at the recommended rate, and lower to extend life. This battery seems to stay at the top performance level longer if I charge at 2/3 of the recommended rate. No noticeable difference on the higher mAH batteries. Now I just buy these. They arrive in good condition, in a good state of health. I charge them to top them off and run in short intervals for the first to charges so as not to get them to hot. I never charge them hot, I don't run them after the performance drops noticeably, and I store them in a cool dry place. This is a very good product and I will keep buying from this seller as long as the quality stays the same.

The 3000 m. Batteries are good for the Traxxas Stampede. I CAN SHARE WITH MY FRIEND. And they are inexpensive for the kind of thing that we do. Easy to charge with cheapo version wall charger from traxxas too! Just get about 4 or 5 if you have the money. You will be able to drive for hours of fun. Sure you can get a little more time for more money and then you will need a new one still anyways , so I decided to try this way. Plus we can always have a fresh supply of full charged batteries and have full power to the Titan 550 12T wich is unbeatable at the price it goes for. It is the best way for us and we are so thankful that we have the best of the best too. RC is a great way to make friends and to enjoy your time.

With a 9yr old running around, we seem to need extra batteries for the RC car(s)! These have been a tremendous value to have...we can keep one on the fast Traxxas Charger and use the other one while playing/driving. One will charge up in almost the same amount of time the other gets worn out (depending on how hard you drive the cars and what/where you're doing with them). The price is average to better than average depending on when you get them, and they are delivered right to your door. We have one set of these going on 3 years old and they are finally showing signs of not holding a charge very well, but I consider that pretty darned good considering how hard we use them and how many dozens/hundreds of charge cycles we've put them through. Just ordered another spare set, hopefully they'll last years like the first set!

Super fast shipping (to NY) so far everything looks good Replacing the original battery that came with my grave digger Traxxas almost 15 years ago. The original battery still runs. It just does not last as long and have as much power so this new battery will be great.

The Traxxas batteries are the only replacements to consider. I have used cheaper off-brand batteries and they don’t last.
