I would prefer the sea drop.
I bought both this and the sea drop. Both of them are tons better than the anti fog spray. The spray never worked for me. However I would think this one is too dense. It takes more effort to apply it smoothly. The sea drop is a better value option.

This really works!
Great product! You do need to re-apply after a dive but it really works and doesn't smear your lenses so you have a clear view.

I had used the sea drops before and thought they were great so I figured these would be even better. Nope. If you follow the directions, it leaves streaks in the masks because the gel is so thick. But if you wash it too much then the mask gets foggy. I would not suggest buying it. Get the sea drops instead… They are awesome!

When used correctly and thoroughly it does the job really well! Finally I was able to dive and see everything clearly!

I basically bought it to try for my reading glasses but got disappointed on the result. Wearing a mask is hassle when you have reading glasses.

Timely for me to write a WARNING on this product. I used this product faithfully on my snorkel mask as I did exercise pool swimming for 3 -4 months. Started developing swollen eyes & right side of face. Also sinus headaches. This product needs to rinsed off 100% from mask. As a gel that's almost impossible. Stopped using this product & swimming for another 3 - 4 month. Everything eventually came back to normal for swelling right side of face & eyes. Sinus headaches also stopped. Realized that this product is toxic and NOT suited for any eye mask usage. It also is NOT truly effective being anti-fog as well.

Works great, absolutely no fogging. It has to be applied on a DRY mask or goggles for it to work. Initially I had applied it to a wet mask / goggles and it just fogged up. I then applied it to a set of new goggles which were dry and it worked like a charm.
