The media could not be loaded.  Who is this for?I bought this for my PlayStation. Playing online games with the original headset was restrictive and wasn’t that comfortable.When I bought my gaming chair I wanted to get a headset.I really didn’t want to get one with too much set up. I chose this one because it has the Wireless usb link. His makes the set up easy and the sound is brilliant.It was costly but compared to some I saw it looked the best.The fit?It feels really well not to tight which was the problem with my Bose.It has extended arms so you can make them looser if necessary. The colour is nice. Black and red are my two favourite colours.The sound is good it covers the whole ear so hardly hear anything around you so you are immersed in the game.The microphone pick ups everything I say and I can Hear my mates on the other side.Overall I think it’s worth it for a PlayStation owner.

This was a present for my 9yr old, originally used on a Nintendo Switch now a PlayStation. Looked good and worked well on arrival. The battery stopped taking a charge after 6 months so I contacted the company and they agreed to send me a new one under the 1yr warranty if I wrote a 5star review which I did...this was May 28th....on 4th June they emailed to say they were out of stock and I would need to wait...I chased them up on 19th June pointing out they were available on Prime next day for new headsets...on 24th June they emailed to say they had shipped the replacement and estimated delivery was 30th June..it is now 26th July and no replacement headset...despite the fact that they are still available to buy new on Prime next day...I have had to open a case with Amazon...

Bought this as a Halloween term break gift for my kid - he uses this headset to play games on his laptop and the console. I have also used it for causal games and I find it gives me a good sense of direction in-game. The USB dongle is supposed to be faster than bluetooth so my kid is happy. The mic is responsive and he is able to talk to his friends while playing. As it is wireless, the headset can be a fair distance away from the display so he isn't sitting too close to the laptop or TV.

Got these for gaming and conference calls so i can walk around what I talk (urgh, cables). The quality for both is really good, bass is satisfying and rich.Pairing is really easy and the controls are responsive. The build quality isn't what you'd expect from more expensive units but for the price it's great. Would definitely recommend at this price point.I also have a set of Bluetooth cans and I much prefer these, the 2.4GHz response is really good and the signal reaches MUCH further. I was in 2 minds about BT/2.4 and I definitely made the right choice.NOTE: this product cannot be used via bluetooth or with 3.5mm input; USB dongle-only. I have yet to try it on a TV but I expect they won't work, will provide an update if I find out.

Complete junk, the Microphone does Not work when connected to Nintendo switch, False advertising, Do not waste your money on this product. Avoid at all costs. Buy cheap.... Buy Twice!!!! Now trying to go through the long Amazon return process.

First time getting an actual wireless headset, and since my PC doesn't have bluetooth functionality, this headset is perfect. Great sound, low latency, great mic quality. Most importantly, it's also super easy to set up - just press a couple buttons on the headset and you're good to go! Battery also lasts a surprisingly long amount of time. The headset's comfortable, easy to adjust, and doesn't hurt my ears like previous headset have that I've owned, which is a big plus since now I can game comfortably for more than half an hour.Overall, great product!

Bought under the impression that I could use it for my Nintendo switch however I soon found out that the mic is in fact not compatible for Switch. I find this quite misleading as it is advertised for switch among other consoles.

This is a great headset. Very comfortable and easy to use...Once it has the required update. I really liked the headset therefore did not want to return it so I asked the question and was swiftly told with a simple update it works...I tried it and low and behold its brilliant. Now I can lie in bed and play my switch on the TV from across the room. Great sound, easy to use controls on the side of the headset and the USB stick that comes with it can be hidden in the back of your dock if using the official Nintendo switch dock.You won't be disappointed with your purchase believe me. I had looked at a bluetooth connector previous which would have cost around half the value of this product then I needed the headset ontop of this. This combo is perfect for younger kids and us bigger kids for playing on our switches.
