Best customer service I ever had. The tent is beautiful. The colors are beautiful. My children love this tent. The decorations and details are very well done.Does not come with Pom poms, but if you carefully read the description, there are no Pom poms mentioned, that is normal though. If you look at other tent listings they have a bunch of decorations in the pictures that don’t actually come with the tent.I had some issues, and the manufacturers sent me a brand new tent, hassle free. Good response time and good shipping speed. Accurate to picture. Great company to buy products from.

Bought this for my little girl. The material is not durable. It tore within a week. Because I bought as a gift I couldn't return it. The wooden poles are also very unstable.

At first I was very shocked at its sheer size.. this thing is HUGE!! So be sure to even have the required space for this thing.Assembly took a good while.. longer because parts were missing..(the essential string to tie the poles together, and the pictured pink pom-poms were also not part of it) and when you had to connect the poles, some weren’t filed down enough and didn’t fit into the connector all of the way causing issues there.I ended up just winging it in the end.The finished product did look super adorable. I appreciated the cute play window with the curtains and the overall sturdy quality.Since it is so light in color, I would recommend applying some type of fabric protector, especially if this will be played with outside. It could also use a steamer or iron prior to assembly.The included play mat is also pretty impressive.For the price though, I was expecting it to look exactly as pictured and to not have missing parts.

The instructions are vague and contradictory. When you're in the middle of the tying phase, just go with your instinct. The fasteners really don't do anything and weigh down on the top. Not all poles ate created equal, some were cut poorly or chipped. There were holes drilled in the top poles that really do nothing considering the photo shows the tethers not attached. Ours didn't come with decorative pom poms as shown. I think it is a cute design that was just poorly executed. If your child really likes unicorns this is worth the hassle, but at a better price.

A bit expensive. But very cute. Simple to put together. Plenty big for my daughter. We have it in the corner of the living room and keep some bins of her toys inside. It keeps the room looking less cluttered and gives her a “private play place.” The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the door flaps don’t meet in the middle so you can’t close it off entirely. My daughter absolutely loves it and it has help up really well for the time we’ve had it. It’s easy to disassemble and stow away too.

Oh my gosh, this tepee tent is so adorable! With magical embroidery around the sides of the tepee, which is made of a great, durable material, looks so beautiful and playful when assembled! It was pretty straight forward to put together, and it's SO well made, out of quality products, I am just so impressed. The kids LOVE it! They are playing so many imagination games with it ~ and have been using it as their little reading nook, lol. I mean this is one of our favorite things right now!

Didn’t come with instructions, But came with “parts” also inside tab was ripped. When you improvise and try to tie a knot... the color on the silver tabs get all over your hands which is really discouraging given this is for my 4 year old. Thankfully we received this as a Christmas gift so I didn’t pay for this. However, I feel bad for my mom who paid $100 when she could have saved her money by just going to target.

Seriously love this. Just got it as a gift for my daughter and I love it! She loves it too its pretty big! Doesn't come with those pink pom poms on top though.
