Despite the Amazon courier saying they couldn't deliver this item as they couldn't find my address, although I am a long-time purchaser of products and have full delivery details set up, including a safe place to leave items (I suspect the driver just returned it to the depot at the end of the day as it was getting late), it was delivered as usual today with no problem. Therefore my rating for the seller increases from 4 stars to 5 stars. This is also because the product is so easy to use and comes with fool-proof instructions. It is just what I wanted, regardless of the end result, which is to get rid of the rats that have been seen around the 2 bird tables. Never had rats before and, reluctant as I am to kill them, I don't want them bringing all their friends!

The Rat bait boxes and the blocks arrived quickly, they appear to be a good quality product, now out in the garden hopefully doing their job, too early to say if they are successful at the moment but fingers crossed.

The bait boxes did the job perfectly - They are sturdy & safe & other animals such as birds, pets, squirrels cant get in - Plenty of bait & did the trick, actually really great value - The major issue is lack of decent instructions, fortunately another reviewer did a photograph of how to set the boxes up (that's all it needs, a simple photograph on the instruction sheet) - Thank you for the photo another reviewer left! ! Improve the instructions & the product is perfect.

Very effective for rats and mice. I’ve had a few infestations over the past few years in the garden. These are simple to use and seem to work in about a week. I’ve found few bodies, but no more sightings. The lock is very basic, but stops dogs or children getting near the poison

On Boxing Day I noticed a couple of rats in the back garden and ordered this straight away, picking it up on the 29th. Put the traps in the garden and checked them every day noticing that the bait had been nibbled. It seems to have worked as I haven't seen any rats for about 10 days and the fresh bait hasn't been touched.

used to kill rats, inundated with rats after next door decided to clear out the barn, poor farm cats couldnt keep up! the rats invaded our garage and hen house where the cats couldnt get in, I bought the pest expert formula b bait blocks and used it with the grain, first two days nothing taken though the instructions said to leave for up to 5 days then check as rats are suspicious of anything new, i was eager to get rid of the problem asap, so not disheartened i checked on day 6 in both boxes blocks were pretty much gnawed down and grain all gone, so i topped it all up again much the same grain and blocks taken, in two days i topped up again two weeks ago and nothing has been taken i have also changed to feeding the poultry just once in the morning and leaving it down and in a evening locking up the feeders in a metal bin, and limiting the water as lots recommend to do this as rats need two things food and water to survive and its worked two weeks of being rat free ! must have died in the burrows as not found any dead apart from the 2 that must have been cornered in the straw shed and look like they have been mauled i am happy ! will continue to use

Within 10 minutes of putting this out the little fellas have been practically living in the box eating the bait. I’m really pleased so far with the performance of this product. It’s only been 2 days so hopefully it will have the final desired effect. I had tried natural methods with no luck so had to resort to bait and have never used such products before. Easy to set up and place. I put a brick on top to ensure it did not move.
