Gas Mask Costume - Novelty Steampunk With Mouth Respirator, Halloween Accessory for Parties

First off, know that you cannot breathe thru this mask. It is not real in that sense, but that is exactly what I wanted. My only issue with this mask is that there was some kind of sticky rubber coating on the edge that comes in contact with your face, and after a while of the warmth and moisture from your breath, it starts to rub and peel off, sticking to your skin and face and basically making a mess. Once I saw this, I cleaned off the area thoroughly removing the coating and since then my mask has been fun!

The 2 pipes blocked vision, and the mask smelt of paint alot when taken out of the plastic, it was a little small as well it didn't fit completely it would be either on my nose all the way and not my chin or on my chin and barely on my nose.

Item was purchased as a Christmas gift. Upon opening, the mask is peeling. Cannot be used. Item states it is eligible for refund/replacement however there is no option for either.

So great for a steampunk costume but too bulky to wear continuously.
