What’s up with so many shipments missing caps? Thankfully mine came with a loose cap, because as a first time buyer I don’t have any spares.The lemon extract is surprisingly strong. A little goes a long way. Beautiful flavor. I’d heard of Watkins extracts for decades, but never found them in stores. I’m so glad I finally found them on Amazon.

This is really nice clear vanilla. I use it for my cake frosting, it does not discolor my colors I add in to it. It has a nice taste, and the bottle is easy to use. It is perfect for my baking needs! No leaking when I got it.

This mint extract is great. My husband and I use it to flavor our water and it gives it a nice minty taste. It is also great for helping with sinus headaches. Whenever I feel one coming on, I drink some water with this mint extract in it and an hour or so later my headache is gone.

This has a nice caramel flavor. It is now one of the flavors I enjoy in my Greek yogurt. I just started using it. So, I'm just now exploring what foods and drinks can benefit with its addition, and what combos of flavorings work together.

Arrived without a cap…only the seal. Thankfully I have a bottle I can transfer this to after I open break the deal.

Caramel extract adds the most divine aroma as well as delicious flavor to baked goods. It's my secret ingredient in cookies.

I started buying Watkins vanilla a few years ago. I normally would purchase McCormick, and that is still a great product, but the price was crazy high. Watkins is a much more reasonable price - approximately $1 per ounce - and I think the flavor is excellent. It is real vanilla (as was the McCormick I previously used) and the flavor is great. Definitely worth the money if you want a quality vanilla to use in your baking.
