Savannah Style

Savannah Style is a great old-fashioned cookbook that includes lots of ingredients and recipes that a lot of us should be avoiding, but it's great to indulge in them now and then - just not every day! YUM!Why are these trousers feeling tight? OUCH!One other small ouch is that the ring binding is so tight on the many pages of the cookbook that it's difficult to turn them and I suspect that they may begin to tear when I become less careful about preserving the book. Oh well, I plan to enjoy it very much while it lasts!(My mother's recipe for lemon chess pie and pound cake are better than those found here, but then I'm from Virginia and would naturally think so!!!)

Good Southern Recipes - typical JL cookbook.

I had previously owned this cook book, one of my favorites,but gave many of my cook books away when we moved and downsized. This summer at a party, a shrimp dish was served that was just outstanding.The recipe was from this book, and I realized that I just had to have the book again, so I ordered it. Wonderful recipes.

Beautiful book. This stays on my coffee table.

I was very disappointed with the condition of this book. It did not have a cover even though the condition was rated VERY GOOD.
