This is a great prenatal!
I’ve done quite a bit of research on prenatals and this is a great one! It could definitely have more choline but I purchased a separate supplement and that’s fine. I love that they use methylcobalamin for the B12, huge plus! That’s the form of vitamin B12 that you want. We have no idea if vitamin companies are giving us what they say they are, however I feel that this is a reputable company and top notch vitamin and I am happy to have found it. My belly tolerates it well and I don’t mind the large size pills. It’s worth it.

Has Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic.
I've been taking this prenatal not just throughout my pregnancy back in 2023 BUT also currently throughout my breastfeeding journey, 2 years later. It's honestly THE best prenatal. With actually Clean ingredients and has Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic. I suspected I carry the MTHFR gene as ALL my nieces and nephew (10 children in total), are all autistic from level 1, 2 & 3. I read a study done in Japan explaining how they found a connection between the MTHFR gene & Autism, a few years ago. Anyways, my toddler is the FIRST non autistic child born in my family. Could be a huge coincidence but that's the only difference between my siblings & I, which was my choice in prenatal. Reassuring myself to get a prenatal with Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic. Hope this information helps someone. Side note: I'm not saying this prenatal will prevent ASD. All I did was excessive research & came across that study done in Japan. Other additional things I did was, make sure to eat clean & exercise. I took great care of myself. After birth, I strictly breastfeed & made my baby all home-cooked meals. I didn't feel comfortable buying any pre-made baby food as there's constantly some toxic or heavy metal lawsuit.. and lastly, I did no screen time. I believe all these things contributed but I'll honestly never truly know. My toddler is currently 2 years + 4 months, and is fluent in 2 languages.

It makes you gag but..
I had been taking another brand of prenatal vitamin that I really liked, but I hated taking multiple pills a day and it lacked choline. This vitamin has choline and a really good mix of other vitamins and minerals. It also recommends just one pill a day, which is great BUT the pill is huge, dry, and chalky. It always triggers my gag reflex no matter how much water I drink before or after. I’ve tried taking it with food, but it tastes so awful I can’t swallow it. SO the answer to this problem is to break it into 2-3 pieces, hold your nose and chuck it back with lots of water and ideally your favorite gummy candy right afterward to kill the vitamin taste. Don’t get me wrong, I eat unusual foods, I love green juices, I eschew added sugars. But this is a tough taste to get out of your mouth.

Effective but awful taste & ginormous pill
I feel like this prenatals are doing what they are intended to do. I am not one who takes vitamins on a regular basis so I have noticed an overall feeling that they are effective. Side note: I am not currently pregnant but plan to be within the next few months. With that being said, I don’t think I will continue taking these prenatals. The pill itself is HUGE! I was actually shocked at how large it is. And the taste is not at all pleasant. I feel like if I were attempting to take these while pregnant, with or without nausea, that I would hurl in no time just because of the taste...I almost feel that way now without even being pregnant. On the plus side, I do not burp up the vitamin taste and as far as I can tell it does not upset my stomach. If you don’t mind the weird, very strong vitamin-y taste in the form of a horse pill then these are great...but they are just not for me.

Good but probably won't buy again
I researched & compared this with several prenatals, and here are the reasons I chose it over the others: - Has all the nutrients I was looking for - Contains folate (natural) instead of folic acid (synthetic) - It's a clean, high-quality prenatal - On the cheaper end for clean prenatals - Only need to take one pill a day These are the reasons why I wouldn't purchase it again: - The pills are larger than I would like and are hard for me to swallow. The feeling of it going down my throat makes me nauseous. - Contains both iron and calcium (an oversight on my research and realized after purchase). Calcium can inhibit iron absorption. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. My body has reacted well to it. I love the quality and price point, and I'll use up the rest until the bottle is finished. Unfortunately won't re-purchase due to the two cons I mentioned.

Doubled my milk supply
I love this product! I’ve tried eating lactation cookies and drinking lactation teas but they require so much more than just taking 2 pills a day. Plus, it gets expensive trying to keep up with all of it. I tried this and after a week, I noticed my supply went up. I used to produce about 10 to 13 ounces, but now I produce about 18 to 25 ounces a day (not including what I breastfeed my baby). Be sure to also drink lots of water, eat quality food, and reduce stress because that also makes a big difference in supply. It makes you smell like syrup. My husband and I were a bit overwhelmed by the change in my body odor so I stopped taking it for a little while. I noticed my supply did go down after that. I don’t know how to describe the taste of the pills but it is strong. I found it a bit difficult to swallow these pills because it would get stuck in my throat, but I started drinking more water when taking them and it has helped. Overall, the product is great for the value and the results.

Be mindful of FENUGREEK!! Low milk supply warning...
I had no idea my body would respond adverse to Fenugreek. I struggled to produce mull in the beginning due to my child having a tongue and lip tie. I developed sores on my breast so bad all couldn't nurse for three days. And I could not pump because my breast had scabs and the milk was trapped in my milk ducts. I had to use formula. After the third day I nursed but my supply was low and the formula totally through the baby off because they drink more formula than breast milk. A friend recommended these vitamins. They worked WONDERS for her. I took them for one month and I could barely pump one ounce from both breast. I did everything. I was so discourage. Finally I ran out is these Honest Postnatals. That was 30 days. Within TWO days of STOPPING these vitamin my milk started picking up. I was able to pump more. I did some research and found out that not all women respond well to fenugreek. I switched to Legendairy Milk (fenugreek free) and took the variety pack. After taking Pump.Princess for 3 days I pumped 2oz from one breasts. When you take fenugreek just watch your body. I lost a whole month of breastfeeding because I didn't know it wasn't good for mine.

I keep them on subscription.
I love these vitamins. They add exactly what I need to my regimen as a non-expecting or previously expecting woman.
