Is each riser adjustable from 3-8 inches or are they separate? If they're separate, how many 3 in, 5 in, and 8 in come in the set?

The 8 risers are separate. There are four 3” risers. There are four 5” risers. By stacking/nesting a 3” riser on top of a 5” riser, it makes an 8” riser.

What is the maximum diameter that fits in the base? Would 3"x1" bed posts fit?
