Earlier I was taking another brand’s fish oil earlier but I personally felt that it was not that much effective as truebasics’s fish oil is, its triple strength formula (with EPA and DHA) is the main thing that my body required and most of the fitness mentors recommend so I found it quite useful for my joint especially as I am a runner and a cyclist so the joint thing is quite an important thing for me. Also, the difference I have to feel from the other two brands is that it has no fishy taste after intake. I can also feel some activeness in my body. An amazing supplement so must try.

Normally I don't leave negative reviews unless forced to. As soon as i opened the bottle there was a strong fishy smell and upon touching the capsules i realised they were sticky. Please work on your product handling else it doesn't matter even if the ingredients are good as it's a very bad experience

Good product good quality

I've been using TrueBasics Fish oil from more than an year now, and i think i can provide a transparent feedback now.With other fish oils i used to have a bad stomach or bad after taste, but this is not in the case of trueBasics it is very easy to digest and you won't feel any bad after taste, apart from this i have been noticing very good effects after using TrueBasics fish oil such as better skin, good quality hair, good heart health, and surprisingly my eye sight has also improved. In short it is a very good product, but you need to be consistent to see the results.

I'm amused by some of the negative remarks here. I've been using this same product for more than 2-3 years now & I am personally extremely happy with this product. It has the highest content of EPA & DHA amongst all Omega 3 products available, so is definitely larger in size and is meant for people 6' and above and 90kgs and above. If you are a smaller built person, you should purchase a lower dose for yourself.It is most useful to sort out muscle aches & cramps after a workout.Yes, it also gives you a fishy burb occasionally few minutes after consumption and the hard enteric coated gel casing is not meant to be bitten - you are supposed to swallow it whole with water!Compared to other similar products, this one is extremely good value for money.
