This is the best supplement I took for hemorrhoids. Combine This with some good practices like making sure you only have 1 or 0 bowel movements a day, not wiping but instead getting right on the shower after, and putting coconut oil or vaseline on and at the opening of the anus right before a bowel movement will the al you right up.

This product does not work. It is a gimmick. I read every review and website saying this was some kind of miracle product that offers relief after taking 6 horse sized pills a day for basically forever (which is a great marketing ploy..why would anyone need 120 pills to cure hemmeroids?) That alone should’ve told me. It was an insane price and offered zero relief. I ended up going to a doctor to be treated because the flare ups started to get worse. I took the bait. It’s an embarrassing thing to have to deal with and like most people, I was willing to spend any amount to make this nightmare go away. I stopped taking it because I thought it would continue to make it worse. Good thing I didn’t go for the “great deal” and buy in bulk. Don’t be an idiot like me. $50 is a lot of money to throw away and have things get worse.

Didn't work as well as they make it out to sound in my particular case. I do believe that it helped to a point but certainly not in 5 days as it states it could possibly do. I went through two bottles and stopped due to not seeing any further improvement. It did stop some bleeding and reduced some inflammation but did not cure the problem or reduce it to almost nothing. I couldn't justify spending $50 a bottle if the results weren't improving. A bottle lasted 7 days if you take it per their recommendations. Worth a try to see if it will help your particular situation but can get expensive quickly.

Does the job really well no side effects at all only might feel a bit energized if you take 2 pills 3 times a day as described, but yes it does amazing job and very targeted.

I purchased HemClear after having some issues with bleeding from known hemorrhoids. I took the product as prescribed for a few days(3/3/3). The discomfort and bleeding stopped. I'm not saying this product was the cause, but I do believe it helped. I dropped down to half of the dosage so the bottle lasted me about two weeks instead of just one. I did clear up pretty well, however in my experience and medical knowledge there is no cure for hemorrhoids. They stay with you. But this has made my day to day experience with them much easier and in most cases, I don't even notice them. Maybe it's a mental thing, but I believe this product has helped and if you can afford it, it will continue to help. Due to it's high cost, I may have to purchase when I have flare ups.
