DANCO Tub and Shower 3-Handle Remodeling Trim Kit for Sayco, Chrome (39620)

Well made product with easy install and looks great. The packaging wasn’t airtight and it rained when Delivery Truck left it outside even with mailing pkg. from Amazon that apparently wasn’t an airtight either so it got wet inside package . Thank God there was nothing that could get ruined. It is after all for a shower & well-made for bathrooms especially.

easy to assemble worked great

This comes with everything you need to rebuild a Citation 3 valve shower except for the seat wrench. Other kits for other brands come with the seat wrench but not this one. But I needed this one. Then I found out that these seats have rather small square holes and the wrench that I bought wouldn't fit so I chose to file down the wrench that I bought. Would have preferred to pay more for this kit with the proper seat wrench. Not the end of the world but a little PITA.

After trying unsuccessfully to find items individually, we found this kit and it was a great price. It has everything that my husband needed for our shower. No issues.

I did a tub fix job and I ordered an exact fit i needed to complete the job. The original knobs both turned inward towards the center (left knob would be "righty-loosy" instead of tighty) opposite of what we might used to have. Even thought some public places have this movement to open a lavatory sink. (Pulling both foreward to open). So I continued to instal the replacement stems marked "ho". At first i wasn't sure if the valve stems that were included were intentionally 2 right-to-close stems but after looking at the packaging and some of the comments placed, i thought there must have been an error with packaging.In a pinch, i went to the local hardware store to buy the cold stem to have the same original feel to the homeowner.After, i had called their company phone number. I wasn't too happy with their results. They said, "our packaging slip (internal computer)shows we pack 2 hot stems, that's what you should have gotten." I said i got 2 stems, but the packaging shows 2 models a hot and cold(first item under kit contains) which both work but not what's included. So they said that they will make a note of it and fix it on their end, and not offering anything. After back and forth with a 2nd person and offering to send out a cold stem, i let them know that the parts are already installed and im already out another $15 from the hardware store to fix the issue. I just wanted a partial refund which wasn't going to happen. They mentioned i could make a request and they will get back to me in 4-6 weeks. After more back and forth i gave them my email address so they could "message me in the morning," that was a few days ago.I just let Amazon handle it. Again the parts were good enough, the job is 15 miles away, it already took longer than needed to complete this task, and i didn't really need to hear any resistance from their customer service rep.

I have a 1974 home with an original bathtub. We moved in 11 years ago and I struggled with the shower valves finding parts and pieces at the home improvement store. I ordered this kit after the last repair 2 years ago and it was time to install today. WOW what a difference, everything went together easy, works as it should and wish I had done this years ago. The only caveat the supplied tool was a slightly different size than my originals so I had to use a wrench, but assembly was easy. The directions don't mention this but a little petroleum jelly on the threads and keyed handles will hopefully make future disassembly easy. You will also need a seat tool to change you seats.

A great value! This kit has everything you need to make your fixtures work and look like new! It took just under one hour to complete this refit!
