This product really works!
I bought this because I was looking for something less bulky than what I can find at the nearest pharmacy. I hurt my arm while I was bowling and my arm felt like it was hanging and I could hardly lift my ball up to throw it. I thought I did something pretty bad like strain or tear my ucl. I was doing some research online and it seemed like I have tennis elbow. I put this band support on for bowling and I was able to bowl all three games in my league pretty much pain free. My arm started to get a little weak in that last game but if I didn't have this band support, I don't think I would've been able to finish out the night. This support really works! My only complaint is that it started to irritate my skin because it's not smooth material. It feels like velcro. I think they should put a felt material or something for better feel. I highly recommend this arm support if you're struggling with tennis elbow.

Just the right size!
I have a golfer's elbow...and ...no I don't golf😂 My ortho recommended a brace. The first one I got was too big for me. The cushioned pad was just too wide for it to do any good. The ortho recommended I get a smaller one. This one seems perfect. It is narrow as is the pad. I am able to put the pad where it is needed and it stays in place. I have felt relief when wearing it and unlike the large one I hardly notice it on my arm.

Whomever put a plastic buckle on this strap should be fired....
I bought two of these because the concept is great. I like how they are sleek and not bulky. And they are working. They are worthy of 3-4 stars as a result. BUT they need to remove the plastic buckle! It lands "perfectly" in the most sensitive skin of the arm- where the elbow bends at the bicep. It digs in to the skin there. This makes this strap an occasional use item for me and thus overpriced by about $8. I bought an ACE product at a local store for longer period uses. It has all velcro and no hard plastic.

Melted nylon digs into arm
Good size and idea. Poor design and execution. The nylon weave (like a cheap belt) is melted to keep from fraying on the end. This is on “skin side” and digs into your arm when tightened. Can’t flip over due to Velcro placement. You could wear a sleeve under it, but defeats the purpose of the low profile design to wear under clothes

Favorite elbow strap for smaller arms!
This strap is wonderful for smaller arms. My tennis elbow likes to creep in at times I'm playing a lot. This brace helps a ton. It has a small metal piece in the strap to position on the tendon, unlike others that just use a piece of foam. Works well!!

Works but causes skin irritation.
I think this actually works for tennis elbow. But it causes skin irritation. It pokes and the velcro rubs. Unlike others, it fits under my sleeves because it’s narrow, but I now have to wear it over thick gauze so it doesn’t touch and poke and irritate my skin. It is not easy to wrap arm in gauze one handed so takes extra time to put brace on. And the gauze won’t be a good look in the summer with short sleeves. It does hold the muscle and help with the extraordinary pain.

Great for pinpointing pain
Having pain right below my elbow, this strap has a hard piece of plastic that can be placed directly on the pain location. You can make it right or a loose as you need. Pressure on a single point, where the pain originally originally comes from, can cause that knot or cramp to slowly release after a couple hours.

It's just a band and a piece of hard plastic. The Velcro scratches my skin. I asked the seller for a refund, but the seller ignored me. Don't waste your money on this.
