MokerLink 24 Port PoE Switch with 2 Gigabit Uplink Ethernet Port, 400W High Power, Support IEEE802.3af/at, Rackmount Unmanaged Plug and Play PoE+

I can't believe how hard it is to find an unmanaged fanless (or at least quiet) 16+ port gigabit rack mountable POE switch. Which I understand somewhat, since POE is inherently going to generate some heat that needs to be dissipated, and in a 1u form factor that tends to require obnoxious loud fans. Basically the only options come from less recognizable brands. Mokerlink seemed like the best of the varyingly dubious candidates. I don't have a need to source crazy amounts of wattage -- just cameras and a few access points -- so I thought it might work out for me. Since there aren't many reviews for this form factor, it seemed worth adding my positive data point for anyone else stressing out over the choice like I was. And for the ~8 months I've had it, so far it has been great! I have 10 PoE cameras and 3 WAPs connected (all with runs of varying lengths, some pretty long), plus a VMS (NVM) server and connection to a separate switch, and it has performed flawlessly in an open rack in the corner of a room with the temperature set to 80 degrees. As quiet as you'd expect from being fanless. Very pleased with this, so long as it continues to function as it has been. Really excellent value, and like I said, I fulfills a need that no more recognizable brands seem interested in trying to offer.

Product works as expected. Powers my POE cameras without issue. Runs cool even though the fan is noisy.

Thought it was a good deal. Arrived DOA. Fan was faulty, grinding, making horrible noise and bit if a smell. Couldn't even use properly.

This was the only 24 port fanless PoE switch I could find where there are more than 8 ports supplying PoE. I'm using this in a music production studio where PoE is supplying power to Dante headphone monitoring systems as well as the NTP/DAD Monitor Controller, so the room needs to be dead quiet. Performance is great and this is incredible value for the money. A+

I read some complaints about the fans being too loud. I didn't notice that on this unit. It was relatively quiet and we have had no issues.
