TAO Clean Orbital Facial Brush and Cleansing Station – Deep Space Black – Electric Face Cleansing Brush with Patented Docking Technology, Ergonomic Handle, Dual Speed Settings

I purchased a cleansing brush from Tao two weeks ago. A couple of days ago, when I tried to use the brush the brush refused to turn on after the second pause. I thought it might be because the battery ran out, so I charged it for a full day the following day. I tried to turn the brush on and it still refuses to turn on. Every time I put the brush on the charging station it would still glow, but then I press the button the brush would turn a tiny bit then stop. I'm not sure what is the cause of the problem. I was wondering if there is anything you can do to help me out. I've only been using this thing for a couple of weeks. I also only use it two times a day. Thanks for your time.*Update*Tao replied to my email within the next day and walked me through the return process step by step. A new one was sent to me in about a week. Tao has really good customer service.

I bought this product around 2-3 weeks ago and I find that I am already seeing pretty great results. I can tell a big difference between using my hands and using this brush, and my face really shows it also!I bought this initially to help with my pores below my eyes and on my nose, along with the blackheads on my nose. I also wanted it to help with overall skin health of my face and acne on my forehead. I have combination skin and I usually have dry patrches on my cheeks.My regimen:I try to use the brush twice a day to ensure my face is nice and clean. I will use it in the morning on the sensitive setting and at night on the normal setting. First I start by adding a little bit of my cleanser to the brush, and then I lather my face with my hands to ensure I am getting the cleanser everywhere. I go and do the regular timed sessions around my face, but not my neck. Since I am worried about my pores and black heads I then go in again and work on just my nose and the pores to the side of my nose with a session. Then my last step is taking another session (always on normal setting) to go into my jawline and neck to clean my stubble well and make sure I don’t get any ingrown hairs.Now I will say this is just what works for me and your routine may need to be tweaked for your skin type and your skin concerns. I just know that when I hop out of the shower my skin is always nice and glowing. This, however, has not cleared up my dry skin patches, but I attribute the dry skin to my lack of water consumption.Tips:• use this in the shower or bent over the sink. The spinning does splatter cleanser around so you won’t want to be standing up at the sink.• Lather your face first because the brush does not lather very well. I use a non-soap foaming cleanser by aveeno for redness relief. Works great, but I always make sure to lather by hand first.• give it time it’s not magic, but it can work wonders.• when you’re finished to have your brush on a towel to make sure that it is 100% dry for your next use. (It will be clean and germ free from the Cleansing base no matter what though.)•Only use the exfoliating brush 2-3 times a week. It is a harder brush for sure so you don’t want to be stripping your skin too often.•DO NOT push down on your skin with the brush. The brush will do the work just move it along. Applying too much pressure will just hurt and damage your skin.•Sweep the brush over your skin, but go slow. You need to give the brush time to do it’s job so if you go too fast it won’t be as effective.If you’re skeptical maybe don’t buy it, but if you’re looking for a better way to clean your face this is a great option at an affordable price. Not only will it clean your skin, but unlike other competitors your brush will always be clean thanks to the cleaning base.

I don't usually write post, for the most part my purchases usually go well or don't cost this much money. I am a single hard working mother!!! With that being said I don't have money to throw away. This expensive Gadget stopped working after 2 month of use. Besides that, which is major, I like the product. I will be getting in contact with Amazon and a manufacturer to try to replace my purchase and I will write a review on my outcome hopefully everything goes in my favor and I can come back with a positive review until then beware of what you buy.

When I saw two separate brushes that came with this facial cleansing unit, I was immediately worried about using one brush and storing the other. The creators of this product thought of this and made a transparent case with drainage. Brilliant! I was also worried that the charging station with the UV lights would have a bottom and water and bacteria would collect down there. Once again, the creators planned this out and makes it so there is no bottom and any water dripping off the brush while docked will go straight out of the unit.Like other reviews have mentioned, the packaging is great and not cheap! Not Apple packaging level but very close!Very excited to use this

If you think you are getting all of your makeup off after washing your face, even using the Miracle Cloth makeup removing cloth you ARE NOT!! This thing really removes the makeup and provides a little exfoliation with each cleaning without being irritating to your skin. I love that it disinfects the brush each time as well. I use it every evening and love it.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and have been using it religiously. It's super easy to use, I like that you don't have to buy a certain cleaning product with it, it works with whatever face cleanser you like and it's nice that it has it's own space on the counter, where it also cleans itself! After using it only one time, I couldn't believe how soft my skin felt, I sat in bed and just touched my face amazed at how it felt. It's also pretty startling to see all the makeup that comes off even after using a makeup wipe to remove what I thought was all my makeup, not so apparently because I can definitely see residue after washing my face. The scrubber is timed so you don't have to think about that, you just kind of let it do its thing until it shuts off, easy peasy. I live in a dry winter climate and always have dry skin patches during this time, but have noticed that after even just a week of use, the redness has gone away and the dry skin is returning to normal, that alone is worth the price.

I thought I was going crazy because the brush was always wet and I thought I didn't give it enough time to dry. Come to find out the uv light is not working and they dryer is not working. I thought it was working because the blue front light came on :/. Also it splatters product everywhere. I really wanted to like this. I have order this brush twice. First time recieved a toothbrush and now got the brush to realize that it doesn't work. Took me some time to realize because I didnt use consistently right away :( I'm kind of bummed.

I love this. I use it as a second wash on days I’m wearing makeup but I have had it for more than a year and it is working perfectly. It looks good and I like that it dries the brush. Absolutely recommend.

DO NOT BUY! This item works great for a couple of weeks and then the charging pod stops to work after a while. I was not able to get a refund or a replacement pod for this. This is a very expensive product and I very much regret spending money of this. :(

Works well, if pressed against something too hard the motor will stop. Clean brush head vigorously after use. Little too expensive in my opinion.

I received this in great time. I have used it for about a week and my skin feels great. I'm looking forward to using it and keeping my skin looking and feeling young.

Love love love. Gives my fave a really nice clean and not too harsh on sensitive skin.
