Works exactly as it should. I bought it for my spouse who is in a semi majority of his day. He says it has crisp sound and he loves the ability to use the voice commands instead of having to touch his phone. Light weight and easy to adjust to fit him. Battery lasts him two days easily. Worth the price we paid.

I’m a truck driver so yeah I use it eveyday for long hours. So far so good works well, good battery life, I got one for my wife and for me as well and works good.And it’s not overpriced like in the truck stops.

product works as advertised, sound is great, easy pairing, litlle tight after wearing for some continuos time, great product overall. didnt give 5 stars as Im convinced I've got an open box item, and packaging smelled to humidity, will keep as I need it for work but be avised if your standars are higher than mine you might end up returning at least once and then you'll get a new one

I purchased the BlueParrott Trucker headset for my job and was initially impressed by the features and design. However, after a few weeks of use, I have encountered a number of issues that have left me feeling disappointed.Firstly, the connectivity is very spotty and I often have trouble connecting to my phone or other devices. Even when I am connected, the sound quality is often poor and I frequently experience dropped calls and static. The noise canceling feature is also not as effective as I had hoped, as I can still hear background noise and wind while using the headset.In addition to the connectivity issues, I have also found that the durability of the headset is lacking. The ear cup has come loose several times and I have had to reattach it myself. The headband also feels flimsy and I am concerned that it may break or snap with extended use.Finally, I find that the headset is not very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The ear cups are too small and do not fit well over my ears, causing discomfort and even pain after a few hours of use. The headband is also not padded enough and causes pressure on the top of my head.Overall, I am very disappointed with the BlueParrott Trucker headset and would not recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and durable headset. The connectivity issues, poor sound quality, and discomfort make it a poor investment, and I regret my purchase.

This product is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to setup with device and easy to use. Great quality. Voice command and sound control amazing. My boyfriend is a trucker and when he is using this headset I no longer hear all the background noise coming from the truck when speaking with him. Amazing product all around!

I had a Blue Parrot 450 for quite awhile, lost it, bought another September of last year. The first one had micro usb, as was common when it was purchased, but my second had a usb-c charger port. I loved the fact i could carry less cables to charge with. Lost that 450 sadly and needed one asap for work. Only same day available was the 550, seems like a nicer unit overall but it has a micro usb vs a usb-c that is super common and all my other devices use.
