It is a good flux. I used it for reball my small IC. High temperature burning point witch is good.

Very sticky, but gets the job done for unballing gpu cores with the right tools.

Flux will flow in the direction of heat.
Product did the job. Material came out as a gel but quickly flowed with a little heat. Flux was used to "reflow" a small chip on a audio receiver board.
