I’ve had this just a few days now. I don’t write many reviews but because it was so difficult to decide on which ice pack to order I thought that fellow injured people may find it helpful. I bought it for an upper humerus fracture with rotator cuff injury. It fits me with good adjustability as a small female- slim 161cm tall. Like other reviews say, it is quite stiff when comes out of the freezer so I leave it a while before putting it on . It stays cold a long time. I can’t yet tighten it as much as I want because of my fracture but it’s more kind of draped over my shoulder- (a standard ice pack kept falling off ). Because I am still one handed I need help putting it on but someone without a fracture would be able to put it on themselves.The deciding factor for me in buying this one was that the ice pack comes out so you can freeze that separately.I am pleased it is doing what I need it to do.

This cushion is amazing. I use it when I’m out in my wheelchair and on my office chair. I highly recommend this item.

We got this for my Mother's Wheelchair in June 2024. Today I went to take the cover off to wash it due to some tea being spilt on it and the cushion simply split across the middle, I would expect it to have lasted longer than 6 months given the price.There was no indication it was broken inside so it may well have been sent out like it.

At last, a cushion that is everything the sellers claim. I use it everywhere.

I can't really comment on the product as it was not the right size for the wheelchair. However it did feel and look comfortable. It would have been perfect if it was the right size which is a shame!I am grateful that I was able to return the product for a full refund.

I think this is the best wheelchair cushion I've ever had, and I have had many! First off I was looking for a wheelchair cushion that would rise me up a bit to give me more height as my kitchen units are so high. This did the job giving me at least 3 inch height which has definitely helped. Second I wanted comfort but a cushion that would not sink down and loose its shape once I was seated for a while. This cushion does not sink. Thirdly I don't like to sweat especially in the summer on a cushion if sitting in my wheelchair for long periods of time. This cushion with its machine washable cover is ideal, no sweating. So overall it tickets all the boxes for me. The only thing for my wheelchair anyway it is about 2/3" short so it dosent sit right to the end of my chair, but it is still comfortable. So that a minor detail, if it wasent that it was a bit short it would be absolutely perfect. No longer fo I have to search for a decent wheelchair cushion and end up giving them away as not suitable. So I'm a totally happy customer. But this cushion its fantastic and a great price. And the lifetime guarantee is the icing on the cake. 🙂👍👌

Having tried a couple of different cushions suitable for chair and wheelchair this is the most comfortable that I've found and has helped with pain relief from a trapped nerve at the base of the spine. I use this cushion all day and have no complaints about the cushion or its delivery. The only thing I questioned was the price but it's turned into one of the best investments I have made. Recommended.
