super absorbent!
I am disabled, can not walk, so I can't get up during the night to go to the bathroom. I tried these because they offered a money-back guarantee! I thought well I'll put 'em to the challenge! Fully prepared to call the phone number telling them I wasn't satisfied because they leaked during the night. :) But nope I wasn't able to do that! These are the best I've used!! I'm now on a subscription for them! I've never done that for any product until now! I sleep on a disposable bed pad just to be safe. I've been able to use the same pad for a week now! That's unheard of with any other underwear!! These are comfortable & don't bunch up after becoming wet. Trust me you, you can trust these!!

I strongly DO NOT recommend. These are POORLY designed and manufactured.
I do not recommend this product for anyone. Like so many other cheaply made inexpensive adult diapers the fit is terrible. These are marketed for overnight protection that may be the case with the amount of absorbent material they pack right down the center of the diaper, however there is no protection for leakage, the leg openings are too big and have no elastic, there is not enough material in the crotch area for males allowing the male anatomy to fall out of the leg openings allowing leakage. I purchased a small for my father I had him try one on, I was very disappointed in the fit and quality of this product, as I pointed out earlier in this product review they are "cheaply made" with no regard for fit and comfort.

Poor design
Pros:They stretch a lot.Cons:Not enough coverage. In the back. It felt like wearing a pullup bikini. Not absorbent enough for overnight use. Not absorbent enough for even moderate daytime use.Leg band elastics are weak and leg openings are huge, even on me, and I have a leg circumference of 33" at the leg/pelvis junction.Absorbency is not up to handling a large volume fast void.Absorbency is better for smaller dribbles but I was hoping for much better.I get better Absorbency from always discreet pull-ups with a better fit.I have these in my box of "if I'm desperate" and need to be held over until a better order come in," products. These leak after a few smaller dribbles and I may as well have not worn anything when I had a bad day and a full void due to medication side effects.Do better Amazon.

Doesn't compare to Depends.
I purchased this product to compare to the Depends I have been using. I do not like the fit, they are baggie and they ripped when I pulled them up. I will stick with my Depends.

Fabric Tears Easy
Update.UpdateUpdate Caregiver for my spouse. Bought these based on a review. Usually use Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum Absorbency, M, Blush, 18 Count.. The price is the same .67 per. Alternated between this undie and Depends at each change. This brand appears to have a larger pad vs the Depend. These ride lower on the waist, the Depend rides higher. The main reason for my dislike is that the fabric tears easily. They tear on the waist band. Depends have never torn. My spouse says they both feel about the same but the waist is like a low rider style. For the same money I will order the Depends going forward. Even though they can be returned with a money back guarantee they were not that bad.UPDATESince my last review my spouse says she likes the feel of these undies. We alternate between Depends and Amazon. I use lighter grip pressure on these pants and they don't tear. However the Depends are still more durable. The Amazon's have what appears to be a larger more comfortable pad. My spouse suggests to continue to order both and alternate each time she wears a pair. My previous review was based on my assessment and not the wearer's experience. I will now give them 3.5 stars.

Comfortable and absorbant value underwear.
Purchased the S/M underwear for my 15 year old, 125 pound, 5 foot tall disabled daughter after she outgrew pullups and couldnt be happier. The best price I have seen for incontinent products, very absorbant and fit comfortably.

Solimo: please listen to your customers suggestions. You are on the right track!
S/M is still too big and they don’t stay up. There is no waistline it’s all stretch. Still I appreciate the price and they are better than the other brands I’ve tried. I wish they came out with Unbleached fabric as I am finding it irritating my skin. Booster(s) needed even though these are for overnight. These really don’t breathe and the absorbency is not adequate.

Great if you need it
Rated for overnight use, but still works very nicely under day clothing. Unless your pants are skin tight or thin nylon they are undetectable. These will hold a full void very well and compare to NorthShore GoSupremeLite or Molicare Mobile. My only complaint is they come up very high in the waistband, so I fold that part over to match my waistline. Very small matter to be sure. BUT, like MOST pullups for men, I would not trust these in bed overnight. Gravity and liquid flow patterns just don't work especially if you side sleep. I use these for daytime when I need something heavier than just pads. I lead an active ambulatory life and fortunately my issues are intermittent. But these will now be resident in my closet for "those times".
