I got an english bulldog puppy when he was about 6 weeks old i believe, he was pretty energetic the first day but started to get sick all of a sudden. long story short, he had the parvo virus and was not eating or drinking. After we finished his outpatient care, he still wouldn’t eat so i bought Puppy Lyte as a last resort. I was hesitant at first but i saw no other options. Followed the directions accordingly and then gave Broly, our (now) very healthy dog, some with a syringe and it helped him so much. THANK YOU!!! This 100% helped my dog get all of his fluids and it gave him strength since he wasn’t eating. When he first tried it, it was like he had tasted food for the first time all over again!! This is a life saver for dehydration in puppies and dogs. Occasionally my dog will throw up and to prevent dehydration, I just mix a little of the powder with water and put it in a syringe. She won’t voluntarily drink it in her water bowl. It has saved hundreds of dollars when taking her to the Vet. They sometimes want to pad the bill with an IV to stop dehydration. This prevents that. It’s so good in hot weather if you have a dog with a thick coat of fur. One or two syringes will prevent dehydration! Excellent product!

Had ten surprise puppies and a young first time mom. This was a life saver literally. The puppies were pretty fussy and didn’t take to formula easily let alone water. But when we stirred this in it really got them to drink more and we also alternated putting it in their puppy mush to encourage them during weaning.

I bought this to help my old dog with his heart failure because he is on a diuretic and I wanted to make sure he wasn't getting dehydrated or muscle cramps, etc. I just springle half a scoop over his food 2x a day instead of in the water to ensure he gets all of it. I have seen a great improvement in his mood and bathroom breaks.

I recently used this product with a puppy that was born really small and needing a lot of extra support. I needed to add some to formula ( per vet advice) It dissolved well and quickly , puppy seemed to like it . Very much on par with all the Breeder’s Edge products i’ve used .
