By the numbers.
Yeah! Of course you'll get a lot of variance in reviews for products like these. I'll break it down to some basics. 1. Dimensions were pretty consistent from edge to edge and overall squareness. (+/- a few millimeters) 2. Graphics on playing surface are positioned consistently (distance from edges and centers). 3. Quality of graphics on surface are decent with very little bleeding color (not noticeable from playing position). 4. Smoothness of surface - very smooth and relatively fast even without powders or other playing aids (nominally 3 passes of striker from edge to edge with regular effort). - Choose a playing aid to your preference (some powders are better than others). 5. Boarder is painted and not perfect on outer edges, but edges that meet with playing surface are good with good rebound. 6. Pockets are well constructed. 7. Underside of playing surface is reinforced with a 6in grid of supports. 8. It's heavy and won't move around on you if supported properly. 9. Accessories included are decent quality. 10. Shipping container was sufficiently protective of product (arrived undamaged). 11. Shipping speed was great.

Heavy board, more expensive but cracking in the corners after a month!
I was impressed when we bought this. I grew up playing carrom and thought this was a good board. We opened it for Xmas, it’s been out from December 25 till now. And just noticed cracks in each corner of the board, on the top. For the money, it’s a disappointment that this board won’t last a long time. I recommend going elsewhere for carrom board needs.

Good Quality Carrom board
I was looking for carrom board of tournament standards and I researched a lot before buying this carrom board. I played carrom at national levels(in inda) so i can assure that Carrom board is definitely of tournament standards. But coins/striker are not of good quality. Carrom board is heavy to move around that is expected with 16 mm carrom board. If you are looking for carrom board of tournament quality then this product will meet you expectations. I have rated it based upon the quality of carrom board not considering the quality of coins/striker.

Mold on carrom pieces
Carom board was fine but had some paint chips. But the huge issue is the mold on the carrom pieces. Awful and unacceptable! Attached representative photos

Overall Good
I like it, Plywood quality and finishing is good but the quality, finishing and polish of outside wood is below average. Plywood Thickness 16mm is heavy to lift. My cousin has other brand, I think synco, and that one is also pretty much similar. I think plywood on Surco is better

A Top Board At A Great Price
Debated buying a Synco or Precise board from a carrom specialty store (for much more $), but glad I didn't. By far the best shipped price I could find for a 16mm English birch champion-level board, including SURCO boards from other sources. Playing surface looks nice, and is very smooth. Frame finish is not flawless, but for a plain black painted wood frame, it is very solid and functional - which based on a little research of most U.S.-available boards, was really all I was expecting. The carrom board came with Surco champion carrom men and a tournament striker (a little less than 15 grams). Board is large and heavy, considering that, packaging along with shipping cost and time were outstanding. Customer expectations, and shipping handling results for such a bulky/heavy item can vary, but I highly recommend both this board and this seller.

Good Board - Moldy Carrom men
The included carrom men have a lot of mold on them! Discarded right away. The striker is of poor quality too. The board itself looks quite good but I can't play on it yet due to the moldy pieces. Completely unacceptable to sell moldy carrom men. Attached is a photo of the men as they arrived.
