Having young kids the floors are always getting dirt and crumbs dropped on them. Hoovering is a chore and boring. After looking around I found this robot cleaner which was good value. It came with a port and docking station, but you can plug directly into the robot to charge if you want. It has an easy to use remote control. It was simple to install against a wall and was up and running after a quick charge. It sets off around the room and cleans the floor, although sometimes a slightly random pattern depending on furniture. It then returns to the docking station. There is a manual mode if you want to control it around the room (but why would you?). It does a good clean and regularly needs to emptying to keep it cleaning efficiently but it is a quick and easy job. It comes with a spare brush set too. Only one downside is there is no timer function otherwise it would be great to set it to clean over night. Happy with and and does a good job.

I bought this as a present for my mum in law, after she saw my robotic vacuum cleaner she was dreaming about one. All it does is beep every so often. I've only been able to use it a few times and even then it was touch and go and would occcasionally start and do something. Now though it's completely stopped although lights are on. Tried pressing every button but nothing works. Cannot get any support for it either - no one to ask.

This has changed my life. I found the instructions hard to understand so my boyfriend got it working for me and we both love it. I've used it most days since it arrived. It's amazing.
