My 89 Orville Les Paul Custom needed new rings. Tried gibson brand but those didn't match the screw hole placement. These were half the price and fit nearly perfect. Holes matched up perfectly and the curve was almost the same as the top of my guitar. Quality seems good, time will tell.

My own fault for assuming they would fit the new PU’s and the guitar profile. The old ones worked out just fine. I have another guitar that these might work out for though. All good…

I bought Musiclilly Humbucker rings and pic guard hoping for a match between the colors and to match the banding on the guitar. The guitar banding on the neck and body do not match in color so my expectations are low. The color between the pic guard and rings is not perfect but will do. Musiclily cream knobs seem to go well with these also. The rings did not drop in. The humbuckers fit inside of it okay but the screw holes are not exact. Rather than modify the rings I filled the old holes with toothpick and glue then positioned the PU under the strings and re drilled the mounting holes. Right under the strings hurray. The pic guard itself needed filing to get it to fit right. The holes on it were okay but the spacing around the Musiclily PU ring was too tight. Right they couldn't fit it so it fit on their own Musiclily PU whos dimensions they control; LOL! I spent more time getting the pic guard to sit right than redrilling all the holes for the PU ring. Next are some cream speed knobs.

They fit pretty good on my PRS Zach Myers SE, but they are very fragile and don't fit the best. But they look great and if you can get them on without breaking them, they are great.

Restore guitar

Had to replace the rings on my eclipse because the previous owner somehow scratched the original rings up. Guitar looks brand new now.

The pickup rings look good and appear to be well made, The color was an acceptable match to the original pick guard on my guitar. But....the size of the rings is off just enough that they will not fit properly. The size dimensions in the item description matched my original pickup rings perfectly. They were not both the same size. They do not match the curvature of my guitar. Not even close. I could get the ring on the bridge pickup to fit well enough to be usable. The ring for the neck pickup? Not even close, I threw it away. Very disappointed.
