ASURION 3 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan ($350 - $399.99)

This is a great service for electronics. I had an issue with my Trendnet 10 Port Industrial Gigabit switch, I called the Asurion customer support line and with in minutes I had a shipping label for repair. The repair center was not able to fix my switch, Asurion sent me an Amazon Credit for the full cost of the switch. This service is well worth the extra cost when purchasing electronic devices.

I've had good success with Aurion. I use it for all electronic goods when they're available.

If there was a negative 5 I would use it!The worst service, lack of accountability and a horrible process. I had to actually ask them if this was some kind of a scam!For the last 2 weeks, I've been trying to get them to pick up my broken product. It's been sitting on my porch waiting to be picked up by UPS for 2 weeks. I've gone through 2 cycles of claims, cancelling, reentering it...over and over on 45+ min support calls, chats, and emails. I've resigned to just having them send me a label so I can inconveniently drop off the product myself...now there's no response at all.If you offer pick up service, your system should integrate with UPS and if a "Dr." is required by UPS your system should know that. My product is just sitting there, day after day -- no notification or response from Asurion. Complete disorder over there...they're answer, well you need to call 800# again and spend another 45+ min - I don't have the time - who is going to reimburse me for my time spent on this ridiculous process?Amazon needs a new partner - this is horrible and the complete opposite of what I expect of Amazon's superior service.

The best, no hassle, stand behind their product warranty company I have EVER dealt with. This warranty was set to run out in 9 days. This is the 3rd time they have given me a full refund on faulty equipment. Thank you Asurion for helping me make my granddaughters Christmas sunny and bright.

My Epson Ecotank ET-4850 went rogue on me about 2 weeks ago today , I called Asurion Directly to file a claim the agent made it so easy and hassle free , I Sent my product and they immediately got to work on it , it took a little bit longer than expected but they came through for me but in the meantime they continued to stay in touch via email and text messages , my device was beyond repair so they sent me a gift card from where I purchased from for the full price I paid for my unit , so grateful I had Asurion to protect my device

I used it for my Samsung Computer Monitor, which had problems after the regular warranty ran out. Without it I would have been out almost $400. Sometimes it may take a little longer, but they do what they say they will do. If you have any problems that a regular tech person can't fix, just ask to speak to a supervisor. In any case, they do a good job

I got it just in case anything happens to it and the renewal is not as expensive as new phones from a shop. It was really quick to submit a claim. After having it for 15 months everything was fine but then the issue I had was that one morning I woke up and there was a crease in the folding section of the screen which was very odd. I'm guessing moisture from it raining is all night but it was never dropped. Later my kids got a hold of my phone and made it worse but I shipped my phone the next day they received it and emailed me a full refund and I was able to buy the same phone for a cheaper price than last time so I have $20 to use for something else and that with buying another protection plan for it too.
