I cant say for sure but I'm pretty confident this supplement has dramatically accelerated my recovery from a gout flare. Swelling started going down noticeably the day after i started them. Still not fully recovered but much better. I’ve tried many other supplements for gout and none of them did anything, including items with thousands of 5 star reviews. Cant tell you how happy i am to have found something actually works for gout. You can tell this company makes legit supplements by just looking at the ingredients. I take that as a bonus. I will continue to take the product and definitively recommend it. Update on my review: Each time I order a product from that company there is a "get a free bottle on us". The only thing with that is that it works 50% of the time if you are lucky. The website you have to go to, has always an error (error 103) and it doesn't let you claim your free bottle. You are the only seller with that problem. And you are not fixing it!! Why? Because of that I lower my rating. Went from 5 stars to 4 stars. My husband drinks tart cherry juice every night before bed to help with sleep we were going out of town for a week thought we would try the the pills to use as a alternative for the juice they worked great for him without all of the sugar that you get from the juice.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I take this on a daily basis and my supply was low. Product has not yet arrived and right now scheduled for delivery - 2 full weeks after my order. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement. My chiropractor suggested I use it for joint inflammation and has been working well.

Continous use is very helpful in flushing uric acid, drink lots of liquid, specially water
