I have endured significant lower & mid thoracic back pain since age 21. I am now 42 yrs old & as they say "it gets worse with time" I can attest to that fact. The reason I took GC from this brand is the content of the ingredients. This combo is very effective for joint pain relief and range of motion for me. The capsules are easy to swallow. I realize that not each body will respond the same as mine does but I would still highly recommend giving this a try. You just may find it works for you too.

Definitely feel the difference. I workout regularly and noticed the difference weh I didn't take it for a few weeks.

wasn't sure at first if this is what I needed saw a video on you tube talking about similar issues experiencing joint pain getting up and moving about but this product seems to help out in that regard. will buy again when I run out.

I’ve been taking this product for a couple of months now and i can feel the difference, i wasn’t able to go downstairs without knee pain and now i can do it painlessly! It does take about a month to work, so do not expect immediate results!I keep taking 3 capsules daily and I’m very satisfied with the results, i’ve recommended it to some friends!

This has really helped with my arthritic thumbs and my hips. I have arthritis in my thumbs, just as my mother did. I sew and craft a lot, and opening jars is painful. I walk 4-5 miles a day, and my hips are somewhat painful in bed. But since I have been using this all of my discomfort has almost disappeared. I have slight twinges but nothing like the aching and sharp pains I used to experience. I would definitely recommend.The capsules are a little large but not difficult to swallow.
