With the risk
I went back and forth about buying this for several months, and finally pulled the trigger. Delicious floral character, not overwhelming. Next bottle I will make it a liqueur.

Makes an OK mock tail
Not as good as their dry gin version. But it works in a pinch to make a good G&T mocktail.

Amazing Taste for an admittedly non-Gin Drinker
This product added to a neutral spirit made the best gin I have ever had. I have admittedly only dabbled in name brand gins but I found the flavor in this far superior. Highly recommend.

Good if your into non alcohlic drinks
Use it with Juniper essence, you could hardly tell its not real GIN

Less on the gin side, still pretty good
If you don't know what Elderflower would taste like, just imagine a very faint taste of golden apples and a random rose petal that somehow fell in. It's the main flavor profile of this with gin in the background, it's better to use in fruitier drinks like lemonades.Still a very nice flavor. It's just not gin-y enough. This brand's regular gin does the trick, though.
