Jef World of Golf Foam Practice Balls (42 Multi-Colored Balls)

Awhile ago, I bought a set of Callaway HX foam practice balls because of good reviews on golf websites. I needed some more balls and I liked the included bucket, so I bought the Jef World of Golf foam practice balls to go along with the HX's. I have been beating up both brands equally and I have found the Jef balls to be of the same feel, durability, quality, and performance as the HX's at less than half the price.

They are great for practicing in the yard- even a full swing with my driver won't drive them far or hard enough to cause issues. However, dogs seem to enjoy chewing, and when the grandkids realize they can throw them at each other without hurting, they tend to disappear quickly!

Perfect for backyard swing practice. Practice closing the club face. You can probably get a small kid to learn to hit these babies. The travel with a tail wind about 50 yards, otherwise they get swept up by a wind swirl which keeps it all under control in the yard. They can hit you in the face and not hurt. They squish when you step on them. Will by again.

These foam balls are extremely firm which could be a good thing depending on your situation. Firm means these balls fly. You'll need about 30-40 yards of space to use if going full power. Other similar balls are a bit softer and can be kept inside a 20 yard long backyard. If using for greenside chipping practice, I'd recommend. If limited space and no net, don't expect to keep them in a small backyard if practicing full swing. Price for number compared to other products is above average. Durability appears to be great and have had no issues since purchasing.

The durability on these balls after a month has been great. Accuracy is actually decent for a foam ball if you're looking to chip or work on your short game. One thing I'd suggest if you're hitting these outside is to cut the grass shorter in the area you're hitting or get a mat to hit off of. They're not heavy enough to get down into the grass, so it's almost like hitting off a tee.

I would purchase again.

These will still fly a ways with good contact but they are perfect for practicing chip shots in the yard or with the driver out in a field or even against a wall. These have been hit into our siding with no ill effect, I would think a window would survive as well. The different colors seem to be different densities.

These foam golf balls hit and fly like regular golf balls, just not as far and without the broken windows. If you are trying to keep up your swing during this downtime when some courses are still closed, you gotta give these a try. Friends and family have had a blast with these. I don’t know why I waited until COVID to try these. To make it more fun, get a golf flag with a cup for you lawn to from Amazon. It even makes me want to get out and mow my lawn so I can go play!
