Good value for money.
Optic works well on my .22 pistol. The eye relief is perfect at the distance I hold it. Good value for money.

Low light conditions issues. The only negative.
This is a very good pistol scope, regardless of the price. All pistol scopes have the same problem in low light conditions. Late in the evening it gets hard to see though them. Even the ones that cost three times as much. I own them too, so I know that is a fact.It has stood up to some heavy recoiling hand guns. (So far)But with a lifetime warranty, get another one.

Good for the $ - But Variable QA/QC
To get anything better you'd have to spend $200+ This one has been working fine for a few months so far on a 0.177 PCP air pistol. Field of view is reduced by black scope tube halo, but glass is clear. Long eye relief for shooting with arms extended, so may not work for a youth or person with short arms. If you buy one, test it quick so you can use Amazon returns warranty. I bought the 2-7x32 model and it failed immediately - crosshairs came loose on the first use with a 22 LR pistol.

Sufficient and accurate
I have two of these mounted in scout scope configurations on a pair of rifles. One's an M-1 Garand, the other a 30+ year old Mini-14.The Garand's been fired close to a hundred times with this scope, the Mini at least two hundred. The scope makes shooting a ten inch steel target at 200 yards at easy task for the Mini. I have not had to make any adjustments since the initial sight-in.I believe the quality of these scopes is more than acceptable in this price range, though the reticle on one of mine is slightly cockeyed. I decided it wasn't enough of an issue to send it back. And I'm hitting just fine with the way it is. It is too soon for me to speak to the issue of long term durability. But I am sufficiently impressed with the product to have recently ordered another type of BSA scope for another firearm.

Better than expected, 7X an Edge !
I owned the BSA 2-7x 32 mm version on my Contender, when I compared the two this 28mm objective model has it all over the more expensive 32 mm for my needs:1...> the 28 is shorter and lighter2...> it looks more traditional on a handgun with its straight tube objective3...> it has a much greater field of view than the 32, even though the specs say they are the same...they are Not!4...> it is the same, or about as bright as the larger 32 mm objective5...> with the 28mm on 7x and focus set for my eyes at 100 yards, it has a bit greater eye relief, and a bit less parallax than the 326...> the 28 picks up my target quicker and makes holding the full view easier7...> did I say it costs less; I sold my 32 and made money !

put this on my mosin nagant, works perfectly.
lets be clear to start, its not a 3000 dollar nightforce, so the glass isnt AMAZING, but it works great for what it is. i can see the target clearly out to 300 yards and i can see bullet holes at about 150. it has not come off zero even with the heavy recoil of my mosin. ive got it mounted on a utg trirail, which is also great. this is a great compromise for a scout scope that doesnt break the bank, and for a mosin nagant, its perfect for a backup hunting rifle.
