Not a great match for colour shown
It’s more of a dark navy than the muted bluish purple that I see here.

Much softer than Red Heart
I never buy Red Heart yarn anymore when I make scarves for the Veterans. Bernat yarn is so much softer. If it would be a little thicker, it would be perfect but I use it almost exclusively when I need a softer, good quality yarn for projects that come in contact with the skin. I like the color selections as well. I wish it would be more available locally though.
