Shocks
Was as described took a bit to get them but customer service was ok. Got full refund and got the shocks. Was not the company fault Was shipped as told. Just a long hang up with usps

Won’t hold up the tanning bed lid
Installed them and it held. After lowering the lid for one hour before I went to tan the new struts won’t keep it open at all. The old wire out ones do a better job at keeping the top open.

bed won't close now .
These are brand new and my bed will not stay closed.. tried to losses them up but didn't work. Too much tension or something
