SUPER USEFUL!!!
**Images are evidence of Key Ninja’s durability.**These are pictures of the Key Ninja I have been using for years. There are a few scuff marks, but its still a functional key organizer so I don’t mind it at all. I currently have 3 keys on it, but I’ve had up to 6 keys on it.Pros:I have been using a Key Ninja for about 4 years and mine is still working. One part of the Key Ninja is plastic ( the part with the LED lights) and the other is metal. It is lightweight and has actually reduced the amount of weight I carry for my keys. It has also reduced the noise made by all the keys I would carry on key rings and a lanyard. The LED lights it comes with are very useful when it’s dark. The lights on mine still work after years of use. This tool has certainly made it easier to access keys quickly because I get to organize the placement of the keys in a fixed position. It’s also easier to reference to if I let someone borrow my keys. I will add that I tried a few different configurations with the keys to find the one that worked best for me.I ended up placing the keys I use most on one end and the others I need occasionally on the end where the keychain goes. The price is fantastic for the value of this product! I recently bought 3 additional Key Ninjas for family members and they have been very pleased after 3 weeks of use.Cons:The Key Ninja itself is durable, although the plastic washers it comes with are flimsy. One of them has a split through it, but it’s still holding out. The washers can easily be replaced and extender bars added. The Key Ninja is not compatible with keys that have a cover or are irregularly shaped. I wasn’t able to add tubular barrel keys or a key that came with a thick plastic cover. Flat keys work best with this product. The Key Ninja can be troublesome to set up. I would recommend reading the instructions and trying out different arrangements with the washers and keys.

Do not buy.
I bought one here on Amazon. Do not buy yourself a Key Ninja. The good: The flashlights on both ends work nicely. The bad: Everything else. The device is made of half light, flexible metal (where the bottle opener is) that chipped with the first bottle I tried to open. The other half is made of plastic, this side houses the guts of the flashlight and the side where you screw the device closed. It feels weak on this side, like a half decent bump into something would break it. It came in a blister pack with no instructions, though really you don't need any. It says it "expands to fit up to 30 keys", and this is simply not true. I have tried putting 15 keys on each bolt, and the device is very far apart from being able to close. It fits 6 keys. Not 5, not 7, 6. 3 average thickness keys on each bolt with two of the plastic grommets in-between them so they will actually move properly. Got 5 keys? Now one side is going to swing completely freely because there isn't enough resistance to hold them in place. Got 7? Now one bolt won't tighten down properly so that it doesn't come loose from normal walking and just sitting in your pocket. You could use the few plastic washers as shims to fix this a little bit, but you really just need 6 keys. There's an eyelet on one side with an s-clip that you can use to clip on your larger keys, which is necessary because the only keys that fit properly are average sized door keys with perfectly symmetrical heads and a center hole drilled in them. A car key is too thick, and throws off the "It fits 6 keys" point. A key above average length is too long and sticks out the side even farther than the regular ones do.After you screw with it for 20 minutes trying to get your keys and plastic spacers to finally line up so that it will close, it still won't. Keys stick out of both sides and now you have one or two random long keys that had no hope of fitting on the s-hook and a ring on the end anyways. I'm keeping it as a punishment to myself and my wallet, to remind me not to buy random stuff on Amazon when I'm drunk. Save yourself the time and money, and stick with normal keyrings.

Disappointed
I was really excited. I carry around a lot of keys. When I got it and put my keys in it there was a lot of space the keys to move around. They didn't want to stay all tucked in. Concept was great but it just didn't work for me.

If It Stops Working, Just Change the Batteries!!
This key organizer is inexpensive but does exactly what the costlier ones do. Please note the negative reviews which say returned because it quit working in a week or two meaning the lights at either end quit lighting up. Mine did exactly the same thing and I knew what the problem was having bought several flashlights from Chinese vendors. This little light takes 3 size 357 alkaline batteries which cost me around $10 total, that is twice the purchase price of the item. The seller is not going to put great batteries in the unit or it would have to sell for 3 times as much. The manufacturer is going to put very cheap short-term batteries in it. Of course it worked with new batteries! Don't be hasty and return the item just get new batteries.
