I cannot believe the power of this product. I've taken loads of supplements over the years hoping for magical results (weight loss, detox, skin, hair, energy - you name it I've had it), this is the only supplement that I've actually experienced working! I initially bought this to help with hot sweats during peri menopause BUT I'm astounded that it has actually IMPROVED MY SLEEP. I usually sleep around 4-5 hours regularly waking for around an hour, or getting up ridiculously early because I can't settle - its exhausting &leaves me irritable, miserable and unproductive. On day 3 if taking this I noticed I was waking in the night but only for a couple of minutes each time. Now, after 2 weeks I don't wake at all! I sleep 5-6 hours straight, which is still not enough, but uninterrupted sleep is amazing lol. I have more energy to do what I need to, my mind is clearer and my mood improved. I used to dread bedtime but now I actually look forward to it! I still can't get over it lol

I wouldn't expect to feel noticable differences taking a suppliment like this, but it is known to science that these extracts have beneficial effects. There are people growing these medicinal mushrooms all over the west as well, seems like the Russian and Chinese sources are just pretty cheap ones. Even so the product is quite expensive I bet it just costs a lot to get those powders no matter where they are from. Never had a capsule break. The only problem is that the capsules float and tend to go down sideways, getting stuck in my throat. Not something that can really be avoided, just be aware that this might happen to you with any powdered suppliment in a capsule like this. Other products from this producer are fantastic, the Algae oil and multivitamin are fantastic and dense enough so this doesn't happen.

After doing research on the benefits of taking these mushroom extracts I decided to try them on my dog for his IBD. I'm happy to say that after using these for a month he has had no issues at all, I tried a number of different medications from the vets which all come at an increasingly higher price each time but nothing worked, he would get the persistent symptoms and issues of the illness every few days. I was skeptical when trying these at first but they have definitely improved his illness and for a small fraction of the cost that the vets were charging. I give him one capsule in his morning feed and one in his afternoon feed

This is my second purchase of the mushroom capsules. The first batch had a much darker shade of the mixture, for an unknown reason. I have yet to determine if the quality and strength are the same, but I appreciate that the product is mostly natural. In combination with other multivitamin and probiotic tablets, I am pleased with the results so far.
