Good unit and value
The item arrived damaged but the seller was great about working with us on a credit. The temperature control was a bit tricky to figure out, seller sent us some YouTube videos to help with that, definitely communicate with them if you have the same trouble. The shelves could be a bit stronger, they are great for cans but bottles weigh them down quite a bit. We’ll be purchasing shelf racks to help with that.Overall I do recommend this unit for the price and it looks great in the store.

leaks, condensation and noise,
The media could not be loaded. First day after cooler arrived, doors were fogged, needed to wait 4 hours from store opening for them to clear, keeps happening daily. I have 3 other coolers about 5 years old from other companies, and they are not as noisy as this one. Not to mention the constant drying of the pool of water that you can see on the video. The worst thing is after calling the customer service they said, we got one or 2 of these bad every year, if you need to return you need to pay for shipping to California, and that i should have read their website. Great accountability. WILL NEVER BUY A COOLER OR ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. very unsatisfied with their product and customer service
