Item was delivered a day ahead of schedule which is really cool. As soon as I opened it up and tried it the first two didn't fit I was starting to worry and think I bought the wrong one then, the third one was defo a charm* I'm not computer savvy but, I do tend to have moments and when I do it's an awesome thing for me. Fits great, works superb, charges likes it's supposed to. Works great right of the box on my ASUS Vivo Book 17. did not have to use adaptor plugs. Was not sure if the problem was with the plug on my cord or the port on my computer as if I wiggled and set the wire just right it would charge with my old charger until you bumped or moved the computer. This new charger solved my problem. Plugged the new charger in, moved the computer, shook the computer and it keeps charging. Great inexpensive fix without having to send the computer out to be evaluated or serviced. I would buy again and recommend buying this before sending your computer out for an expensive repair if you have the problem not charging or you have to wiggle the cord to make yours work. The cord looks heavier duty than the one that came with my computer.

I bought this charger back in May of 2025 and this is my first time ever using the charger. I took it out the box that it came in 4 1/2 hours ago, yet my laptop still won’t come on. The charger doesn’t work. Never again!!!

Had to replace my charger after one of the kids "borrowed" it indefinitely to replace their lost charger. This one seems to be a suitable replacement thus far. Seems to be well constructed and it does the job.

Before buying I compare the voltage, watts and amps with the old one. It works great.
