Oh my gosh I LOVE THESE
These are good in the oven. Tried the air fryer forget them and they burnt, but I had these with new baby potatoes and veg for meal prep and had the same thing for the week I loved them that much.

Nice big sausages, apple taste is subtle but present.Amazon doesn't sell them but the best chicken sausages I've ever had were from Ocado - Jon Thorners.

Delicious chicken sausages
Delicious chicken sausages without nitrates. They have a very satisfying meaty taste with a hint of sweetness from the dried apple. Very easy to cook in the oven.

No idea why such negative reviews. I LOVE these. Cook them on a lower heat or lower on the rack in the grill.Hardly any fat drips out, just beautiful flavoursome juices. Proper chunky, tastes sausages.

Normally find chicken sausages pretty dry but these were so moist. Really tasty.

disappointing
I followed the directions and they were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. We ended up cutting them open to cook the inside and once cooked we discovered the apple tasted like it was dried out. Very disappointing. Other Lidgates products have been great.
