Smells like moth balls when you first lay it down, but that smell goes away after a day or so. Its tough to prove its working, but we've been using it off and on for years and when we don't lay it down, we tend to get garter snakes in the yard - if I put this out around the areas they tend to visit, we don't get them any longer.

My husband used this around the boarder of our home bc we have snakes everywhere...the smell is SO strong! I actually watched the snakes run away and leave which was funny! The Problem is my husband sprinkled it in the backside of my vegetable garden which is also up against the house... he read its was ok for Plants...but it doesn't mean vegetable plants!!!!...So I went out carefully trying to remove the product from my veggie garden which is insanely hard to do bc its so small...now Im panicking that my tons vegetables have been poisoned. bc I am not sure how it can seep into my soil and mulch and effect the growth and quality to eat them...the yellow circle is where he put a line of it and the red is where all my veggies are...if anyone else used this in the veggie garden and didn't have issues please reach out to me bc I'm heartsick over this. I removed as much as I could but I know it was impossible to get all. I heard white Vinegar can weaken the chemicals and also the snakes hate it so I might go out and spray that....

Bought this when we were having snake issues. It stinks but is very effective.

No pude tomar foto del paquete, pero quería compartir mi experiencia porque realmente parece que funcionó. Apliqué los gránulos en el patio siguiendo las instrucciones y desde entonces no he vuelto a ver la serpiente que me apareció antes. Me gustó que los gránulos cubren bastante área y que la aplicación fue sencilla y rápida. Además, no tuve que lidiar con olores fuertes ni residuos difíciles de limpiar. Me da mucha tranquilidad saber que puedo proteger mi patio de serpientes tanto venenosas como no venenosas.
