Quality was not good!
These ballons really ruined the look of my garland! If I could send them back I would1!!! They were discolored around the center of the balloon (when fully inflated and not). quality was not comparable to other products I purchased from varies balloon companies. The purple balloons displayed the most discoloration around the center, however it was found in many of the other colors. The balloons also looked very ashy, not radiant like other balloons I've used.
