I bought this for my 10 lb pup because she was going to be a football player for Halloween. I couldn't find a football helmet but this served the purpose. It fit just right. She won funniest costume at the pet store

I bought this for my dog who rides on my bike with me. The helmet fit my little dog’s noggin perfectly but the strap could have fit a Rottweiler. Even after tightening it all the way it’s still a couple of inches too big and the helmet slides off. A friend has offered to shorten it for me. Not a big deal just odd that it’s made that way.

This is practically a toy or a prop. I have a miniature schnauzer and needed this because he comes on rides on the motorcycle. All dogs are different and this small fit weird. One shake and the thing fell off or slid off. I even put it on my other dog to see if it did the same (a penkingese) and it slid off of him as well. Good for photoshoots, but this won’t protect your pet let alone stay on. No matter how I adjusted the strap, it was just awkward on him especially around the ears. The quality on it is good. It’s just a shame that it won’t stay on.

They are perfect for the stuffed Animal I have on my Harley Road King. But just being honest, this would not protect a dog or cat from very much. Think of the helmets you used to get ice cream in at Dairy Queen. With I tiny little pad glued to the inside.

For the price, this is nothing more than an ill-fitting, expensive costume! REALLY! They could have at least made some effort towards fit, safety, and quality! Not even a little padding,, just a cheap Baskin Robins ice cream bowl!!! Just tie a plastic food dish around your pet's head or go to an ice creamstore, eat a sundae, and use the bowl for your pup!...DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$....NOT WORTH MORE THAN A DOLLAR OR TWO!!!

Obviously just for looks

This is a delightful doggy helmet, well made and complete with padding on the inside. This fits our family Chihuahua (our furry Night Demon) extremely well and causes no discomfort to the dog. I would go so far as to say he even likes wearing it and being the centre of attention. Yes, it is a bit of a novelty but when he’s sitting in the basket of my mobility scooter he looks the part and is just awaiting a suitably sized pair of doggy goggles to complete the outfit. The item came in a well packaged box, has an easily adjustable strap once you get the hang of it and presents no harm to the dog when worn through fit or fittings. Happy to recommend it for those looking for a crash hat for their road partner.

This helmet is well made and as you can see from our very handsome model Beans, it fits an XXS sized dog. Beans is a Russian toy terrier (not a chihuahua) and is the smallest breed on the planet name a few. Chi’s run slightly bigger which would absolutely fit this product in its smallest size. The helmet is only very slightly big on him so this would fit a chihuahua perfectly. There’s room for improvement on the chin strap, the Velcro piece needs to overlap a little too much leaving a bit sticking out. 4 stars. Very cute but doesn’t quite fit my teeny tiny boy!

Expected more colors in pet helmets

I love this little helmet. I originally got a size M but it was too big. This size small fits perfectly on my little Red Heelers head and sits between her ears. The size M was covering her ears and pinning them down. The only downfall I see is that the helmet falls forward and then off her head if she moves around. I will have to put an elastic on the back from strap to strap to hold it back. She is so cute with this helmet on. We are getting prepared to take her on my motorcycle.
